The time has finally come for me to share the short story, “Second Date” – the follow up to “Blind Date”. It’s pretty long, so I’m going to post it in small sections and spread them out over the next two weeks. Hopefully it’ll be easier to digest.

Just a quick refresher, Blind Date centers around the night Kento and Vanessa first met, the events leading up to their date, and the aftermath. I don’t want to give away too much for those who haven’t read it. If that’s you, you can check out Blind Date, Part One and Blind Date, Part Two

Like Blind Date, Second Date has dual points of view and flashbacks. I want to give you an idea of the issues they grapple with and their motives behind this one event. I hope I did these two characters justice. As you may already know, romance is not my forte, so please bear with me. LOL!
